Bali is the most-requested destination in our 1,500-family community. It has been consistently, across 2025 and into 2026 planning. The appeal is specific: warm weather out of the European / North American winter, strong worldschool and nomadic-family culture already in place, a food and wellness ecosystem families already know and trust, and properties that understand slow living.
We're not looking to do Bali in peak season (August, New Year). We're looking to build cohorts in the shoulder windows - Feb-Apr and Sep-Nov - where our families travel and your properties most need coherent group bookings.
Bali has enormous range. We're being specific about what fits a Cohli cohort.
We'll consider well-run properties across the island. Based on family asks, this is our current prioritization:

A block of availability (4-12 weeks) in one of our target windows, ideally across 2026 and optionally into 2027 if the first cohort lands well.
Someone on your team who liaises with our on-site Facilitator and our Cohli Ops lead. Not a whole new job - a named human.
A clear shoulder-season rate for the full cohort - accommodation, any meals included, extras. We pay as a single entity; you don't manage 30 bookings.
Our families keep the property's rhythm. But we need to design our own rituals - opening circles, weekly parent circles, kids' learning sessions. A collaborative frame, not rigid hotel protocols.
In exchange, you get a full-property shoulder-season booking with families who treat the land with care, a dedicated facilitator who solves people-issues before they reach you, and - if the partnership clicks - a recurring relationship rather than a one-off transaction.
Our community is 1,500+ families across 28+ countries. The families who'd join a Bali cohort are already travelers, already committed to worldschooling or slow schooling, already values-aligned with eco/wellness culture. Most have 1-3 kids aged 2-14. They budget deliberately, travel for months at a time, and treat places with respect.
