Facilitators are the people who keep the social and emotional rhythm of a Cohli cohort alive. Not staff. Not therapists. Not hotel managers. The person who helps 6-12 families feel like a village.

What facilitating with us means

You hold the people, not the logistics.

Operations are handled by our team. Property is held by our hosts. Education is held by educators. You hold something subtler - the container that lets everyone arrive, soften, and find each other.

Two ways to facilitate with us

We're transparent about the exchange because we believe in real partnerships, not transactions. Both paths are real. Neither is better - they fit different seasons.

Facilitation Residency

An individual (or couple) - community facilitator, coach, retreat host, or aspiring coliving founder - who wants 4-6 weeks immersed in intentional family community.

The exchange: Accommodation and meals fully covered. No monetary compensation - this is a residency, not paid work.

You get weeks in an extraordinary place, a meaningful role, hands-on experience running an intentional coliving community, and a Cohli reference. Ideal for community facilitators between seasons.

Facilitating Family

A family that wants to live the Cohli experience and hold the community container. Your family participates fully - meals, accommodation, education for your kids, the whole experience - while you hold the relational space for the group.

The exchange: A significant discount on your family's participation fee (40-50%, discussed individually).

You're not "hired help" - you're a family in the village who also holds the heart of it. If you were already considering Cohli as a family, let's talk.
