The most-requested destination in our network. Eco-lodges, jungle stays, rice-field properties. We're actively building cohorts for shoulder seasons (Feb-Apr, Sep-Nov).
Northern Thailand and the islands both come up. We're looking for nature-led properties - mountain retreats, eco-resorts, places with space to breathe and roam.
Pura vida is real for our families. Pacific coast, Nicoya, Monteverde cloud forest - eco-lodges and intentional communities with farm/garden integration.

Our families come for community as much as for the place. The properties that work best aren't always the prettiest - they're the ones with room for kids to run, food that nourishes, and a host team that gets it.
Roughly 30-50 people. A mix of family suites, double rooms, and ideally a couple of single rooms for facilitators or solo educators.
Garden, farm, beach, forest. Kids need to run. Families need to wander. A four-walled hotel doesn't work - even a beautiful one.
Either a kitchen we can use together, or a food program that's actually special - local, seasonal, with a story behind it.
Somewhere to eat together. Somewhere to gather at night. Somewhere a kids' learning space can live for the month.
You don't have to be running a coliving - but you need to be the kind of place that delights in families being there, not tolerates them.
We're not competing with your high season. We fill the off and shoulder weeks - when occupancy is hardest and our families travel cheapest.
We operate in clear roles. You shouldn't have to become a community organizer overnight.
